Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with TDS, GST returns and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Record all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.

Audit Support:

• Collaborate with external auditors during annual financial audits.
• Provide necessary documentation and explanations for audit inquiries.

Account Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Compliance and Regulations:

• Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant or similar role for 2 years minimum.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.
