  1. Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative performance marketing strategies that align with clients’ goals and objectives. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
  2. Programmatic Advertising: Oversee and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to display, video, native, and mobile. Leverage programmatic tools and technologies to reach target audiences effectively.
  3. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor end-to-end digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, targeting, and performance analysis. Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  4. Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools and platforms to gather, interpret, and present performance metrics. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and overall digital marketing strategies.
  5. A/B Testing: Develop and execute A/B tests to evaluate different ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Apply findings to refine campaign approaches and enhance conversion rates.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and account management, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with client objectives.
  7. New Business Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation activities. Develop a robust pipeline of prospects to expand the agency’s client portfolio.
  8. Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive and tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients. Clearly communicate the agency’s value proposition, services, and capabilities to secure new business opportunities.
  9. Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, insights, and recommendations on campaign performance and digital marketing strategies.
  10. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and programmatic advertising. Apply new insights to enhance campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving traffic and booking growth through digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in web analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics.
