Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who has hands-on understanding of design, WordPress development, UI/UX, and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities in the creative and web design domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads for WordPress, UI/UX, frontend, and graphic design projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners in the design and digital space.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the internal design & development teams to create effective proposals.
- Prepare presentations, quotes, and project pitches aligned with client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor offerings to develop strategic business plans.
- Work closely with project and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a design or IT agency.
- Strong understanding of:
- WordPress website design & development
- UI/UX concepts and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, etc.)
- Graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, project pitching, and proposal writing.
- Ability to translate technical/design concepts into simple business terms for clients.
- A proactive approach with a passion for design, innovation, and technology trends.
Good to Have:
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, or Middle East).
- Prior exposure to platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or agency partnerships.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing to cross-sell services.
