Job Description
We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The candidate will work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to support the design process across multiple web and mobile projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, and mockups
- Design UI screens based on brand guidelines and UX principles
- Support in creating and maintaining design systems and UI components
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Incorporate feedback and iterate designs efficiently
- Conduct basic UX research and usability improvements
- Ensure responsive and accessibility-friendly designs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
- Basic understanding of UX principles, typography, and color theory
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach
- Ability to follow design systems and brand guidelines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with design handoff to developers
- Familiarity with usability testing concepts
