UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team and take ownership of our Design process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and user experience efforts for our digital products, ensuring they are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-centric. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create cutting-edge user interfaces and exceptional user experiences. Your creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills will be essential in crafting seamless and engaging user journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences to inform design decisions.
• Information Architecture: Develop and maintain clear information architecture and navigation structures for our digital products.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Visual Design: Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs based on user insights.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Documentation: Create design specifications, style guides, and design documentation to support development efforts.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus but not required.
